J.J. Watt has been one of the most impactful players in the NFL since he was drafted in 2011.
Impacting both the Houston Texans and the Arizona Cardinals in massive ways, Watt is a game-wrecker on the defensive side of the ball.
This past weekend was the last game that he will play in the league, highlighted by the video below.

Being that the Cardinals were unable to reach the playoffs this season, Watt will retire after a 12-year career.
In his tenure in the league, Watt achieved 586 total tackles, 114.5 sacks, 27 forced fumbles, and two interceptions.
His dominant play will be revered for years to come, setting a great example of what it looks like to be a dominant force at the defensive end position.
Watt has achieved many accolades throughout his professional career.
He was selected 11th overall in 2011 by the Texans and was the first defensive end taken in the draft that season.
In his first five seasons, Watt was named Defensive Player of the Year three times.
He holds the Texans’ records for forced fumbles and sacks and has also been named Sports Illustrated’s Sportsman of the Year.
His legacy has been cemented, both as a member of the Texans and as a Cardinal as well, even though he only played there for two seasons.
An impactful player on and off the field, Watt will certainly be missed in the NFL.
What’s next for Watt is undecided at this time.
If he decides to enter the coaching ring, he will likely be welcomed with open arms.
