MLB may be a business, but baseball is much, much more than that.
Baseball is family, love, friendship, and good times at the stadium.
Baseball is the smell of freshly-cut grass, the sound of the bat making contact with the ball, and the feeling of the ball’s seams.
Baseball is childhood, adulthood, and golden years.
An MLB game showed us, once again, why it’s the greatest sport on Earth, and the best of all is that everything happened off the field: in the stands.
During a game, a bunch of young fans were paying attention to the action on the field while sitting in the crowd.
An Incredible Pure Moment
They were four of five kids going together to enjoy the best league in the world, some of them with gloves: you never know when it’s your turn to catch a foul ball and own an official MLB ball, hit by a legitimate MLB player.
Those are the things you think about as a kid.
One of the kids made an incredible catch, and the reaction of his friends is everything that is right in the world.

The kid caught the ball, and his friends started screaming and jumping out of joy!
Adults in the stands were amazed by such a display of pure joy and happiness, and started clapping their hands, too.
We don’t know if the kids will use that ball to play, or if the one that caught it will save it as a souvenir.
In any case, it was a really cool moment for that kid and his friends, and just another reason why going to an MLB game is always worth it.
