If you’re a young NBA player looking to improve your game, lessons from established stars are priceless.
And lessons from an established star like Paul George of the Los Angeles Clippers could be truly life-changing.
A video shared by Swish Cultures and the NBA, via ClutchPoints, shows George having a very informative training session with Portland Trail Blazers forward Jabari Walker.
In the footage, George talks to Walker about movement and defense and instructs him on how to handle his body and work his way around imposing opponents.

For his part, Walker looks completely invested, practicing the moves that George taught him and even asking questions.
At the end of the video, he sinks a shot after following the instructions of George.
Blazers fans will be happy with this footage because they see a spark of potential in Walker.
In his rookie season, the up-and-coming forward averaged 3.9 points and 2.3 rebounds on 41.9% from the floor.
However, he only played for an average of 11 minutes per game, which means he could improve those numbers if he spends more time on the floor.
As for Clippers fans, they will also be very satisfied with this video.
That’s because George looks well-rested, healthy, and moves with total ease.
His year was again cut short last season due to injury, and he only participated in 56 games.
Yet, during those games, he was very productive with 23.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 5.1 assists.
If he can stay healthy in the new season – and if Kawhi Leonard can as well – the Clippers could finally capitalize on all that talent.
Of course, that has been said multiple times before.
It’ll be interesting to see how George and Walker fare when they play against each other in the new season.
Will Walker be able to move past George because of the guidance given in this video?
