The month of December in the NFL means two things; the race for the playoffs is heating up, and the votes for the Pro Bowl are open.
All-Star Games are common in sports.
In many leagues, these happen in the middle of the season and allow the fans to vote for who they think are the best players and watch them battle it out.
While the All-Star Games in the NBA, NHL, and MLB are stand-out events in the season, the same cannot be said about the Pro Bowl.
But this year, it is different.
The meaningless game that no one takes seriously is becoming a game of flag football.
Thank you, Peyton and Eli Manning.
But, while the game is different, the fans can still vote.
So, as of writing, which NFL player has the most votes?
Only two days left to vote!

Tua At The Top
The quarterback for the Miami Dolphins, Tua Tagovailoa, is the current leader in the vote count, with 178,818 votes.
That is over 10,000 more than Patrick Mahomes.
If you look at the season that Tua has had, this lead can be explained.
His Dolphins are currently 8-5 on the season, with Tua’s own record this season being 8-2.
But, let’s ignore numbers and wins (which are both a somewhat a strong case for a Pro Bowl appearance) and focus on what he has had to deal with this year.
He left the Dolphins’ Week 3 game with the Buffalo Bills with a concussion.
He was put into, and then cleared from concussion protocol and cleared to play the next week.
This decision was somewhat surprising.
In the following week’s game against Cincinnati, he suffered another concussion, proving that he should have never played in this game.
He would return a few weeks later and would play well, giving Miami another victory.
Tagovailoa deserves his Pro Bowl status.
