Trevor Story has led the way for the resurgent Boston Red Sox as they enter tonight’s game against the Chicago White Sox having won their previous six games.
After a difficult start for both Story and the Red Sox, both are kicking it into gear and turning it on at just the right time.
Last night, Story drove in four runs on two hits, picking up a single and hitting a three-run homer.
In fact, Story is quite hot in the month of May.
MLB insider Tyler Milliken tweeted about what Story has done this month to turn his season around, as well as that of the Red Sox.
Trevor Story has 28 RBI in the month of May.

Story Heating Up
The Red Sox are now getting what they bargained for when they signed Story after the lockout came to an end.
His power numbers are starting to climb as well as his RBI total.
His home run last night was his eighth of the year and he brought his RBI total up to 31 on the year.
28 RBI in one month is extremely impressive.
And the month isn’t even over yet.
Who’s to stay Story doesn’t have a little more left in the tank to finish off the month?
There’s a lot to be excited about right now if you’re a Red Sox fan and Story is one of the reasons why.
The offense had been dead earlier this season, but now appears to be clicking again.
And Story has led the way for this resurgent ballclub.
He’s on an absolute tear and is mashing baseballs.
This is what the Red Sox were expecting when they signed him.
Now, they’re getting what they thought they were going to get.
