The 28-year-old star shortstop has put up a respectable .847 OPS while hitting nine home runs, driving in 49 runs, and hitting for a solid .310 average.
Turner came over to Los Angeles a season ago at the trade deadline along with Max Scherzer.
So far, Turner has proven to be a nice pickup for the Dodgers.
He’s having a solid season and is putting up great numbers.
And he’s kept that up in the month of June.
StatMuse tweeted about how Turner is on a 13-game hitting streak and his nine hits in his previous four games.
Trea Turner has a hit in 13 consecutive games, the longest active streak in MLB.

Turner Stays Hot
Turner is having a monster first season in Los Angeles.
Without Betts, Turner appears to be carrying much of the load for the Dodgers.
He picked up four hits in last night’s 8-2 win over the Cincinnati Reds and is proving to be the catalyst of this ballclub.
Turner has yet to win an MVP Award, but if he keeps hitting like this, an MVP Award will not be too far out of reach for the young shortstop.
His speed, power, and defense are all key factors for this Dodgers ballclub that has the second-best record in the National League as of now.
He’s one of many players on Los Angeles’ roster that you have to be careful with.
He’s red-hot and showing no signs of slowing down.
If he keeps this up, the Dodgers won’t skip a beat without Betts and will be tough to beat down the stretch.
