To be fair to #TravisBarker I've had chronic pancreatitis for the past 9yrs. It's one of the worst pains known to man. Lived with it undiagnosed for a couple of years because my GP said it was constipation-at the top of my back!

Kinda sucks that people are tweeting Travis Barker assuming it’s alcohol and self-inflicted etc. I’ve had pancreatitis several times and was in hospital for a week with it once. Was nothing to do with alcohol. Was an underlying chronic illness. Pancreatitis is fucking painful too

Pancreatitis sucks you got chronic and if acute at least you can be saved. There isn't enough that people know about it. This sickness is so devastating that hardly any make it out alive. The flight or fight symptoms from the kidneys not being able to digest is intense!

I had pancreatitis in 1996, along with double pneumonia. I was in the ICU for 3 weeks. I had my last rites said to me, as they expected me to die. In 44 years on this earth, it was the single most painful, and wildest experience ever. Get well sooner than later. @travisbarker
