NFL fans got a tease of some preseason action last week with the Hall of Fame Game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys.
While the play on the field wasn’t all that exciting, it was just nice to have football back in front of a packed house.
The entire preseason begins this week with a full slate of games and that means seeing top talent, both young and old, take the field for the first time in 2021.
We aren’t yet sure who will play and who will sit, but here are a few NFL preseason games worth watching this week.

Here we have a matchup between a hopeful Super Bowl contender in the Cleveland Browns and a team that just had the No. 1 overall pick in the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Nationally, NFL fans want to see Trevor Lawrence take the field for the Jaguars.
If he does it should only be in limited action, barring Urban Meyer taking the preseason a little too seriously.
There may be a trend all around football with the shortened preseason of not playing certain quarterbacks at all.
But Lawrence needs some time on the field and some reps against a tough Cleveland defense would not be the worst thing.
That is, as long as he doesn’t hold onto the ball too long.
2. Miami Dolphins vs. Chicago Bears
Fans in Chicago are itching to see what Justin Fields can do in a Bears uniform.
Meanwhile, Miami Dolphins fans want to see an improved Tua Tagovailoa in 2021.
Young quarterbacks are dominating the league and these two have high expectations this year.
However, Andy Dalton remains the starter in Chicago for now.
If Fields is lighting it up in the preseason, fans are going to get very antsy about a change.

The quarterback drama in this matchup is enough for a reality show.
Aaron Rodgers is back with the Green Bay Packers and will assume his starting role like nothing has changed.
As for the Houston Texans, Deshaun Watson is showing up to camp but is not in the team’s plans.
It is a weird situation all around and at least Packers fans have their elite quarterback on the field.
This matchup makes our list mainly for all the storylines surrounding the quarterbacks.
As with the other games, we may not see a lot of top talent actually on the field.
But the Texans and Packers are going to be two top teams to follow in 2021 because of all the drama.
