The story of Tom Brady leaving Tampa Bay to join the Miami Dolphins won’t die.
Fuel to the fire of these speculations of Brady leaving came about on Tuesday.
That’s when Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht said the team and Brady haven’t discussed a new contract.
Without a new contract, the star quarterback will be a free agent in 2023.
That means there’s hope for him to join the Dolphins in 2023.
There are many reasons he’d want to head to Miami and play for the team he gave fits to when he quarterbacked the New England Patriots.
A Move To Miami Gives Brady Two Shots At Bill Belichick
Most people see a rivalry between Bill Belichick and Brady.
However, the two deny they have a beef with each other.
Bill Belichick denies the claims that he wanted Tom Brady out of New England 😳

But the actions of Brady, Belichick, and even Robert Kraft speak louder than their words.
With an aging Brady, the team traded away their backup quarterback, Jimmy Garoppolo.
While some said Brady wanted Jimmy G out, others talked about how Belichick wanted him to stay.
After the departure of the seven-time Super Bowl champion quarterback, Belichick was rumored to want Garoppolo back in New England.
However, those rumors would be denied, like many other ones.
Going to Miami would give Brady two games each year against his former coach.
If the rumors are true, he has this reason to fuel his departure from Tampa to play in Miami.
A Move To Miami And A Super Bowl Win With Them Cements Brady’s Legacy Forever
While Brady isn’t the first quarterback to win a Super Bowl with two teams, he’s the fastest to complete the feat.
Players like Peyton Manning took years to get a Super Bowl ring with their second team.
Brady completed the job in his first season.

However, there’s one thing no other quarterback has ever done in the NFL.
That one thing is winning a Super Bowl with three different teams.
If he goes to Miami and wins a Super Bowl there, he’ll forever be the greatest quarterback ever.
No one could ever question his playing ability or drive to win.
He’d have something no other quarterback could like ever top.
That is why him going to Miami makes sense for 2023, because he wants to be remembered forever in NFL history.
Being A Part-Owner Also Makes Sense
Everyone knows Brady is a Florida boy now.
His house is in Tampa, which isn’t too far from Miami.
The Dolphins making him a part-owner gives him something to do when he retires from playing football.
It also keeps giving him revenge games against the Patriots.
Regardless of what anyone says, there’s something between him and his former team.
So Miami gives him the best of everything he’d ever want.
First, he’d be close to home and still in football, something he has a deep passion for.
Second, they’d give him a shot against his former team.
Last, he’d have something many people only dream of having, an ownership role of an NFL team.
