Someone considered by many to be the GOAT, Tom Brady, has officially retired from the NFL.
He has made it very clear there will be no return to playing like we saw last time.
Brady is done playing football, but his legacy will live on forever.
It will be difficult for any player to ever be more accomplished than Brady.
Over his 23 NFL seasons, Brady made 15 pro-bowl teams, won the league MVP three times, and won seven Super Bowl titles.
Brady has more Super Bowls than any team ever.
The longevity and sustained success is something we will probably never see again.

Brady was a part of the 1997 Michigan team that won a share of the National Championship.
He did not show much in college, that “wowed” NFL scouts.
Which was the main reason why he fell to the sixth round of the NFL draft.
But, once the Patriots allowed him to play, he took it and ran.
No player will ever match Brady’s career path.
From sixth-round pick to the greatest of all time is something we will not see again.
The NFL will miss the presence of Brady around the league.
He was must-see TV and one of the few players in the NFL that could attract a worldwide audience.
Every season his jersey sales were amongst the tops in the league, and that remained the case into his 23rd year.
It will take a while, if ever, for someone to match the impact Brady had on the NFL.
