Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has nothing left to prove in his NFL career.
He has led two franchises to Super Bowl victories and has won seven in total.
Every milestone he reaches could be insurmountable for those who will play in the league after the retires.
He did retire after the 2021 season, but his competitive drive led him to come back for his 23rd season.
As he continues to play at 45 years old, he will set new records like this one.

Sunday Night Football on NBC pointed out that Brady needed just 2,431 passing yards to reach 100,000 total in his career.
He would be the first quarterback to reach that feat and might be the last considering how difficult the feat is.
Any play-caller who would like to reach that mark should have at least 5,000 total yards for two decades.
This record will be out of reach for a while and it’s just right for Brady to have it.
Other Records Held By Brady
Aside from the seven Super Bowl titles, he also has the most games won by a player at 278 (and counting).
Brady has also played the most games by a quarterback (365) and most has the most pass completions (8,428).
He also has 51 fourth-quarter comebacks, the most by any quarterback.
The former Michigan standout has also thrown a touchdown pass to 92 players.
In the playoffs, he has the most wins (35) and has defeated the most teams (19).
He also has the most postseason touchdowns with 86 and most passing yards at 13,049.
Brady is also three years away from tying George Blanda‘s record of playing until he was 48 years old.
It remains to be seen if he will reach or break that feat as well.
