Since they are the 12th team in the East, it is obvious that the Washington Wizards need all the assistance they can get.
They have had a pretty strong season from players like Kyle Kuzma, Kristaps Porzingis, and Rui Hachimura.
But they need their team leader to really reach their full potential.
That leader will be returning shortly.
Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal is expected to make his return to the lineup vs. the New York Knicks tonight, sources tell ESPN. Beal has missed five straight games with a left hamstring strain.

Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that Bradley Beal is expected to make his return to the Wizards on Wednesday night during their game against the New York Knicks.
This will be a big match for the Wizards.
They have lost their last two games and have gone 4-of-5 without Beal.
Although Porzingis has been averaging 22.2 points a game so far this season, Beal is the best player on the team with an average of 22.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 5.2 assists a game.
For years now, he has been the heart and soul of the Wizards and that continues to be true this season.
However, there have been rumors of Beal leaving the team in the near future, possibly for another team willing to pay for the vet, such as the Los Angeles Lakers.
The thought of Beal leaving DC is a bit startling since he has only played for the Wizards during his NBA career.
During that time, Beal has been an All-Star three times and was both All-Rookie and All-NBA.
This season hasn’t been a good one for the Wizards, despite the leadership of Beal and the work of Kuzma, Porzingis, and others.
The team will face off against the Orlando Magic, Dallas Mavericks, Houston Rockets, and others within the next week.
Can they start cobbling together more wins with Beal or is this season going to be lost just like the last one?
