The Phoenix Suns are coming back from a painful basketball season.
The team was able to sit atop the Western Conference standings when the regular season came to a close and it seemed like they could possibly sail back to the NBA Finals and might even be able to win it all.
Then, they utterly collapsed against the Dallas Mavericks in the Western Conference Semifinals and were sent home with their heads in their hands.
But they will be back at it again in a few weeks and many NBA experts think they have another chance at greatness.

The team’s big three of Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton, and Chris Paul posed for photos the other day.
These three men will have to play their hearts out, stay healthy, and remain committed if they hope to push past the rest of the better-than-ever Western Conference.
And if they don’t make it happen this year, there are many fans who will lose all hope.
Suns Shining Bright
This big three was a central part of the team last season and the unit mostly played very well together.
But this season the Suns will have to compete against a fully-healthy Los Angeles Clippers and New Orleans Pelicans, as well as the reigning champion Golden State Warriors and the aforementioned Dallas Mavericks too.
A few seasons ago, the Suns felt like the most exciting team in the league but that isn’t the case anymore.
It feels as if their best chance of winning a ring might be behind them.
But Paul and his team are ready to prove people wrong and show they have more skills and more smarts than others.
If they can’t pull it off, don’t be surprised if the Suns start to reorganize, make big trades, and possibly break up this big three.
