The NBA season has been rolling for a few weeks now and Phoenix Suns player Jae Crowder has sat out of all of it.
That’s because Crowder has been waiting on a trade that has yet to formalize, after being benched by his team.
Some people expected the Suns to quickly find a suitable trade partner for Crowder but so far nothing has materialized.
But it sounds like things are moving in the right direction.

Jake Fischer reported on Wednesday that the Suns were reportedly close to finalizing a three-team trade that involved Crowder before their game against the Golden State Warriors.
We don’t know if those plans fell apart or are still in the works but, as of now, Crowder doesn’t have a home in the league.
Who is allegedly talking with the Suns about landing this star?
Crowder On The Move
Since the news of Crowder being traded got leaked, multiple teams have been attached to a possible deal.
The most likely squads that could land Crowder are the Miami Heat, Milwaukee Bucks, or possibly the Boston Celtics.
However, we don’t know if there are more teams inquiring about the 11-year veteran.
Any team would be smart to get ahold of Crowder, who has averaged 9.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists with a field goal percentage of 41.7% and a three-point average of 34.6%.
Crowder has skill, postseason experience, and a lot of personality too.
He’s also solid on both ends of the court, something that teams always want.
It’s clear that the Suns know that Crowder is a good player and that’s why they are waiting for the right package for him before they move forward.
They aren’t going to just give him away for anything.
He might not fight with their team plans anymore but Phoenix is well aware of Crowder’s talent and value.
