The Baltimore Ravens might be in big trouble.
As of this morning, the Ravens and Lamar Jackson still have yet to sign a contract extension, and many around the league have wondered what the team is waiting for.
This includes one of Jackson’s teammates, who briefly touched on the situation on social media.

Marlon Humphrey is one of the Ravens’ best defensive options, and he has fantastic rapport with Jackson on and off the field.
However, because the Ravens haven’t paid Jackson a long-term contract, both Humphrey and his teammates have shown their concerns, while also supporting Jackson during this time.
The Pro Bowl is a place of fun, camaraderie, and light-hearted competition.
However, it can also be a place to network, and potentially recruit players to your roster.
When asked if he did any recruiting of his own, Humphrey responded to a fan on social media, citing that these players had one question in mind.
Will the team be paying Jackson?
When he has been healthy, Jackson has been one of the most explosive athletes in the NFL.
His combination of rushing ability, paired with an arm that is only getting stronger, makes him one of the most lethal quarterbacks in the league.
It’s evident, based on Humphrey’s comments, that the main draw to playing on the Ravens is the opportunity to share the field with Jackson.
If Jackson and the Ravens are unable to get anywhere in contract conversations, the Ravens will be an unlikely destination for marquee free agents.
