It’s clear that this season has been tough for the Toronto Raptors.
The team is 12th in the East with a lacking 23-28 record.
This disappointing showing in 2022-23 has led to a lot of speculation about the front office making some major changes in the weeks and months ahead.
There is talk about multiple stars leaving the team, and there are also some rumors of the team’s head coach also departing.
Nick Nurse's future as Raptors head coach is reportedly expected to "come into focus" this summer, per @ShamsCharania.

It is now being reported that Nick Nurse’s future as the coach of the team will “come into focus” in the summer.
Nurse is entering the final year of his contract next season.
But unless he turns things around in a big way shortly, the possibility of him leaving the organization is high.
After five seasons with the Raptors, it sounds like Nurse’s time in that position might be coming to an end.
He led the Raptors to win the 2019 championship and was named the 2020 NBA Coach of the Year too.
The man obviously knows how to coach a team but there have been reports of numerous frustrations inside the team and the front office.
If he leaves Toronto, he will have plenty of options before him.
Nurse might make his way down to Texas if he leaves the Raptors.
Most people agree that Stephen Silas will likely lose his job leading the Houston Rockets after this season.
Nurse got his start coaching Houston’s Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the G League, so a return to that organization might be in the cards for him.
We will see what happens in the months ahead but it’s clear that the Raptors need to make some major changes and that could start with the coaching staff.
