The Los Angeles Rams did not have the season many expected from a reigning Super Bowl champion.
Due to injuries, and simply poor play, the Rams finished 5-12 this season.
Plenty of questions were surrounding their roster and coaching staff heading into the offseason.
Head coach Sean McVay was uncertain if he wanted to continue coaching, and quarterback Matthew Stafford is coming off a neck injury.
But, with McVay and Stafford both expected to be back next season, this team could once again be contenders.
Also, McVay made a big hire to his coaching staff, bringing in former New York Jets offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur for the same position.

LaFleur did a good job in New York despite not having much of a quarterback to work with.
Now he and McVay will put their minds together to put the best offense on the field in LA.
It will be interesting to see how LaFleur can fit in with the Rams’ offensive personnel.
LaFleur was under fire from Jets wide receiver Elijah Moore for not getting him the ball last season.
That may be one reason why he is no longer with the Jets.
But, a fresh start in LA should be good for LaFleur.
It will be interesting to see how he influences their offense, either by scheme or personnel changes.
The entire Rams organization will be under plenty of pressure this upcoming season.
If they go from winning the Super Bowl to missing the playoffs the following two seasons, someone may lose their job.
