The Los Angeles Rams are slated to play the Las Vegas Raiders for Thursday Night Football this evening.
However, what is currently undecided is who the Rams will have under center.

After winning the waiver sweepstakes for the recently released Baker Mayfield, the Rams now have two quarterback options for tonight’s game.
They can either go with John Wolford or Mayfield, depending on the health of Wolford.
This sounds like it will truly be a game-time decision tonight.
Who Is The Better Option At Quarterback?
While we haven’t seen how Mayfield will mesh with the Rams and their West Coast style of offense, there is a limited sample size as to what Wolford has done with the Rams.
In two starts this season for the Rams, Wolford has an 0-2 record and has thrown for just 390 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions.
His passer rating in these games is just 64.6.
For further context, in the 65 career games that Mayfield has started, his passer rating is 86.5, nearly 20 points higher than Wolford’s this season.
On paper, it appears that Mayfield is the quarterback that the Rams should go with.
However, when it comes to knowing the offensive staff, the playbook, and overall schemes, Wolford has the edge just due to the nature of his experiences with the team.
Who will the Rams choose?
If it is Mayfield that they go with, this is sure to be an emotional game for him.
Mayfield is on his third team in five NFL seasons.
