The World Series is tied at a game apiece as it shifts to Philadelphia for the next three games.
The Philadelphia Phillies now have home-field advantage after having taken a game at Minute Maid Park against the Houston Astros.
This is the ultimate David vs. Goliath World Series matchup, with the Phillies having won just 87 games during the regular season, while the Astros won 106 games.
But the Phillies may be the ones with the inside track here, despite being heavy underdogs.
Baseball Reference pointed out an interesting fact on Twitter, that since 2000, more teams with 87 or fewer wins have won the World Series than teams with 106 or more.

Do The Phillies Have An Advantage?
The Phillies might just the advantage now, with the series back in Philadelphia tied at one game each.
The St. Louis Cardinals were the last 87-or-fewer-win team to win the World Series, having done it back in 2006 against the Detroit Tigers after winning just 83 games during the regular season.
The New York Yankees also did it back in 2000 against the New York Mets in the Subway Series.
The Phillies seem to be on a similar path as those teams.
The last team with 106 wins or more to win it all was the Boston Red Sox in 2018.
Granted, both of these occurrences have been few and far between, but after managing to escape Houston with a win, the Phillies now have home-field advantage on their side and are just three wins shy of their first championship since 2008.
