This October has been nothing short of magical for the Philadelphia Phillies and their fans.
After sneaking into the postseason as the third NL Wild Card team, Philadelphia dominated the St. Louis Cardinals in the first round and did the same to the defending World Series champion Atlanta Braves in the NLDS.
Now, they find themselves just three wins shy of their first World Series since 2009.
But during the 2022 season, the Phillies have tried to remain modest about things.
Their billboard campaign was a simple on this year, with one featuring a Phillies jersey, another featuring the Phanatic, and the other featuring the Phillies logo and the field at Citizens Bank Park.
As the NLCS gets underway, here's a look back at the Phillies' billboard campaign this season.

Phils Keep Advertising Simple
The Phillies have been an underdog for much of the season.
Before firing Joe Girardi, they sat at 22-29.
Since then, Rob Thomson appears to have saved them from an ugly finish.
They wrapped up the regular season with an 87-75 record.
And it appears that the advertising has been kept relatively simple this year.
There’s no graphics or copy on any of the billboards shown in the tweet.
It’s just purely baseball.
The Phillies have kept things very modest in terms of advertising.
Now, they’re dominating everybody else in the postseason.
They knocked out two of the three division winners and have taken off.
It’s been an inspiring brand of baseball over the past several months.
Now, here they are in the NLCS.
And as we look back on their advertising, we can see that they didn’t plan on going overboard with anything.
They just kept it simple and used the billboards to get fans excited about seeing some Phillies baseball.
