More and more people are becoming aware of Brandon Ingram of the New Orleans Pelicans.
He’s not the most talkative guy in the league and doesn’t have the most outspoken and flashy personality.
He’s also part of a team that’s been under the radar for the last year so some people haven’t been paying close attention to Ingram.
That’s a mistake because he’s one of the most impressive stars in the NBA.

He proved that again on Wednesday night, as Ingram scored 28 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists in the Pelicans’ first game of the season.
Ingram had a strong 58% field goal percentage and was 2-of-4 from the three-point line.
The All-Star and 2019-20 Most Improved Player has been leading the Pelicans during Williamson’s absence.
Williamson is back now but that doesn’t mean that Ingram is going to just sit on his hands and kick back.
In fact, he could be even better in 2022-23.
Slenderman Strikes Again
Ingram had a stellar 2021-22 season, securing an average of 22.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 5.6 assists.
Because of his hard work, the Pelicans were able to turn their season around and actually make the playoffs despite the fact that they were missing Williamson and most everyone had counted them out.
Ingram is the sort of player who puts his head down and fights hard during every single game.
His basketball skills are some of the best in the league.
Additionally, he makes it all look easy and sometimes appears as if he’s not even breaking a sweat.
Everyone from Kevin Durant to LeBron James has complimented Ingram and referred to him as the real deal and possibly a future MVP.
Many more eyes will be on him this year, and he’s ready for the attention and the expectations.
