The Brooklyn Nets have been having a hard time with Kyrie Irving – again.
No, this time it hasn’t been about Irving’s contract or his relationship with other players on the team.
Instead, Irving has again become controversial due to the fact that he was promoting an antisemitic film on Twitter.
This led to the team’s owner speaking out and Irving himself defending his actions.
It is yet another headache for the troubled team and they simply do not want to deal with it.
The Nets are not making Kyrie Irving available to the media tonight.

That is likely why the Nets decided to not make Irving available to the media on Monday night, following their defeat of the Indiana Pacers.
Usually, Irving is quite talkative – and sometimes combative – in post-game press conferences.
But he was absent on Monday night – and he might be for the foreseeable future.
Irving In The Hot Seat
There has been a lot of news about rising antisemitism in the United States recently and Irving is on the wrong side of this story.
It isn’t the first time that he has upset the front office of his team and it isn’t the first time that some people have called on him to be relieved of duty for off-court issues.
The Nets will try to keep Irving in check, but that has become increasingly hard to do over the years.
If this issue doesn’t go away, or if Irving continues to release controversial and offensive statements, then Brooklyn might be forced to re-evaluate their commitment to him no matter how great a player he is.
However, if this situation dies down Irving could be coming back to press conferences soon.
But he should expect the media to have a few questions ready for him – and they might not be all about basketball.
