The Dallas Mavericks are having a few problems.
The team has lost five of their last six games and now has a 9-10 record.
Most fans didn’t expect their team to be under .500 at this point in the season, especially with the powerful, MVP-caliber season of Luka Doncic.
Head coach Jason Kidd is still toying with the lineup and trying to figure out how to best use the roster.
But it’s clear that the team could be better if they added in a little extra talent.
The Dallas Mavericks plan to sign Kemba Walker and waive Facundo Campazzo, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.

Will Kemba Walker be that extra talent?
Shams Charania recently reported that the Mavs are signing Walker and waiving Facundo Campazzo.
For Walker, this is a big step because he has been searching for a new NBA home for months now.
For the Mavs, Walker’s signing could be a powerful assist that may get them into playoff form.
Will Walker face a resurgence on the Dallas bench?
Walker’s Woes
It’s been months since we have seen Walker play NBA basketball and it’s been even longer since we have seen him play good NBA basketball.
He has been a part of the Charlotte Hornets, Boston Celtics, and New York Knicks and has secured a career average of 19.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 5.3 assists.
He has also gained four All-Star appearances.
But his latest stint with the Knicks was a rough one, with him averaging a career-low of 11.6 points, 3 rebounds, and 3.5 assists.
He was eventually benched by the team as they looked for a trade suitor to take him on.
That was last season and Walker sat in silence for all of the spring and summer.
But now he’s headed to Dallas, where he will surely be used as a sharpshooter who can take some pressure off Doncic.
Walker typically shoots 41.8% from the field and 36% from the three-point line.
Expect to see him putting up a lot of shots while playing for the Mavericks.
