The Orlando Magic shocked the NBA world on Monday night when they took down the Philadelphia 76ers, 119-109.
This came despite Joel Embiid scoring a double-double of 30 points and 11 rebounds, and both James Harden and Tobias Harris each notching 17 points.
Fans of the 76ers were shocked to see their team fall to the Magic.
However, loyal followers of the Magic weren’t a bit surprised.

The team has actually been doing very well lately.
During their first 25 games of the season, Orlando went 5-20 but in their last 26 matches, they have gone 15-11.
They are still the 13th team in the East which means they are a long way off from securing a spot in the playoffs or play-in tournament but they are definitely trending in the right direction.
The great news about the Magic is that they are very talented, very promising, and very young too.
Paolo Banchero is producing an average of 20.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 3.7 assists a night and is on his way to possibly winning Rookie of the Year.
Meanwhile, Franz Wagner is doing great with his 19.9 points, Wendell Carter Jr. is producing 15.2, and other players like Cole Anthony, Bol Bol, Jalen Suggs, and Markelle Fultz are keeping the team competitive.
The Magic were written off by just about everyone for most of the season.
But as time goes on, they are finding more confidence in their abilities and are excited to prove the critics wrong.
How far will this young team go?
Will they be able to keep surging and make the playoffs?
Even if they don’t, there is no doubt that the Magic will be a group to watch in the upcoming seasons.
