Over the last couple of weeks, rumors have suggested that the Los Angeles Lakers are once again very serious about moving Russell Westbrook.
Although he has gotten much better than he was at the start of the season, the Lakers are hoping to trade Westbrook away in hopes of improving the roster and building a stronger team around LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
But which teams will jump at the chance to acquire him?

Inside reporting from the Chicago Sun-Times says that the Chicago Bulls are not considering Westbrook and aren’t interested in a trade for him.
If that’s true, it’s a huge blow to the Lakers.
That is because LA has been long looking at acquiring Zach LaVine from the Bulls.
With an output of 23.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.2 assists a game this season, LaVine has become a tantalizing trade prospect for many teams.
But in order to get him, those teams would need to pony up a lot in exchange.
Westbrook is the biggest trade chip the Lakers have right now.
The team would have likely included at least one first-round draft pick too in order to get LaVine.
But if the Bulls aren’t interested in Westbrook, this leaves the Lakers without anything to offer.
So it seems likely that the Bulls are off the table for a possible trade with the Lakers.
The team will surely keep looking and working the phones in the next few days.
They are hoping to get at least one capable, impressive star in exchange for Westbrook.
Will they be able to make this happen?
What are the chances that Westbrook is still wearing purple and gold by this time next week?
