Things are definitely not going well for the Los Angeles Lakers right now.
They have had one of their worst starts of all time, dropping the first four games of the season to the Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers, Portland Trail Blazers, and Denver Nuggets.
Worse yet, it feels like it may be some time before they actually secure their first win.

There are many reasons for their horrid start but their inability to land most of their shots is surely the biggest problem plaguing the storied franchise.
In fact, their 22.3% three-point percentage is the worst by any team over any four-game span in the history of the NBA.
This is the sort of historic record that the Lakers do not want to hold.
Some people were afraid that LA was going to be bad when the new season started but few people expected them to be this bad.
What’s next for the once-triumphant team?
Losing Lakers
There is no other way to put this: the Lakers are a huge mess.
From the bottom to the top, this team is completely dysfunctional.
Some people thought that the team could earn their first win when Russell Westbrook sat on the bench the other night but they instead were able to lose without his help and fell to the Nuggets.
This proved that the problems with LA go far beyond Westbrook’s inconsistency.
In the weeks ahead, you can expect to hear a lot of rumors coming from the team’s front office.
There will be talk of numerous trades and possibly even a firing of the new head coach, Darvin Ham.
As for their three-point shots, you can expect the team to keep trying – and failing – to land them.
