The New York Jets have struggled mightily this season despite what their record of 7-9 might say about them.
One aspect of their struggle has been inconsistent play from the quarterback position.
So the Jets begin and end the season the same way — Joe Flacco at QB. A dizzying number of QB changes.
Flacco: 4 starts
White: 4 starts
Wilson: 9 startsIncredible. #Jets

The Jets used their second overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft on Zach Wilson, who hasn’t been the solution to their problems.
Unfortunately for Wilson and the organization, they cannot blame his struggles on a lack of offensive weapons.
This year, the Jets drafted wide receiving phenom Garrett Wilson in the first round.
They paired the pick of Wilson with Breece Hall, who is one of the best running back prospects in recent memory.
It appears that the Jets have a Zach Wilson problem, and there aren’t too many ways they will be able to solve these woes, other than moving on.
Will they attempt to do so in the 2023 NFL Draft?
If the season were to end today, the Jets would pick 13th overall in the draft.
Several quarterback prospects have declared for the draft, and one of them could prove to be the leader of the Jets’ franchise, should they choose to gamble on another quarterback.
If drafting someone is out of the question, the Jets could pivot to another veteran in the offseason.
A player like Jimmy Garoppolo isn’t out of the question for the Jets, and he could be a valuable asset for them moving forward.
Only time will tell what the Jets decide to do.
It does not appear that Wilson is the answer in New York.
