It’s been a few weeks since we heard that Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver was looking to give up the team.
This followed a report that highlighted the numerous offensive comments and actions Sarver made to his staff over the years.
Since the announcement, there have been a few names tossed around as possible new owners of the promising Phoenix team, including Amazon’s Jeff Bezos and other billionaires.

The latest rumor says that former president Barack Obama is “involved in one of the groups” currently exploring a purchase of the team.
It’s not surprising to hear that Obama would want to be involved with owning an NBA team, he has always been a huge fan of the league and is also a capable player himself.
If he wants to co-own a team, this would be perhaps the best one to invest in.
The Power Of The Suns
Over the last few years, the Suns have transformed into one of the most exciting and beloved teams in the league.
It all started with their surprise showing in the Orlando Bubble, mostly powered by the work of Devin Booker.
Following the acquisition of Chris Paul, Phoenix got even better and eventually made their way to the NBA Finals, where they lost to the Milwaukee Bucks.
The team has certainly fallen short of its goals but it is still one of the most talked-about teams in the league.
And their stadium is selling out night after night while their games are broadcast on national television repeatedly.
There is a chance that the Suns remain just as popular in the years ahead, which makes the team a wonderful choice for anyone looking to buy.
The upsides of owning the Suns are billions of dollars, a growing fanbase, and a possible Finals victory soon – what more could you ask for?
