We haven’t known about the future of former Phoenix Suns star Jae Crowder for some time.
The player has been sitting in limbo, waiting for a team to sign him after it became clear that the Suns didn’t have a place for him on their current roster.
Crowder is a good basketball player and could help out a number of teams so everyone was waiting to see who would commit to him.
It sounds like he might be going back to the crew that had him before Phoenix.

It is being reported that the Miami Heat are interested in Crowder, which isn’t a huge surprise.
Ever since news of his impending departure from the Suns became public, many people speculated about the Heat signing him.
He played for Miami during the 2019-20 season and was a big help to them back then.
Crowder has remained consistent since leaving the Heat so they would be smart to sign him if any deal is agreeable.
Crowder Coming Back
When he was playing for the Heat, Crowder averaged 11.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 1.8 assists.
He was sinking 48.2% from the field and an impressive 44.5% from beyond the three-point line.
Since then, Crowder’s numbers have dipped just a bit but he’s still been a big part of the Suns’ offensive power.
He would fit in excellently with the Heat and would be playing alongside the same teammates he had just a couple of years ago.
The Heat are currently the 10th team in the East with a 10-11 record so they are looking to strengthen their roster and improve both offense and defense.
Crowder could definitely have a hand in that.
