The Atlanta Hawks have some big plans for the upcoming 2022-23 NBA season.
They are coming off a pretty disappointing year, which saw them crawling into the postseason only to be taken out early and without much of a fight.
There is no way they want a repeat of that so they are focusing on their goals for what’s ahead.

The team posted a series of Polaroid photos featuring the team’s players and their hopes for the year ahead.
Some players kept it simple: Dejounte Murray‘s goal is to just “win championship.”
Meanwhile, Clint Capela wants to be on the NBA All-Defense team and John Collins is picturing a victory parade in Atlanta.
But each player has one thing in common: they all want a lot of victories.
Can The Hawks Do It?
There is no doubt that the Hawks are in much better shape with the recent addition of Murray from the San Antonio Spurs.
He will greatly improve the team’s offense and defense.
But one man cannot fix all the issues the team had.
They will all need to do a lot to step it up defensively, they cannot just rely on Murray.
Trae Young will continue to be the team’s centerpiece but he will have to find a better rhythm with the other guys on his team.
And, of course, the entire squad will need to stay very healthy throughout the entire season.
Their chances are better than they have been in a long time and there is a decent shot that last season’s disappointing record could be forgotten in just a few months.
Will this team make their dreams a reality?
