The Denver Broncos continue to make a big splash in the market, although we’re not talking about players right now.
Sean Payton has orchestrated a reunion with one of his former assistants, stealing Offensive Assistant Declan Doyle from Dennis Allen’s staff with the New Orleans Saints.

Doyle — who was in charge of the tight ends and coached several TE prospects during the Senior Bowl — will join Zach Streif as a former Payton assistant looking for a promotion in Mile High.
Strief joined the Broncos to become a full-time Assistant Offensive Line Coach, while Doyle will now become the team’s Tight Ends coach.
Moreover, there are reports of more of Allen’s staff members considering jumping ship and joining Payton — the guy who hired most of them in the first place — in Denver.
Notably, Doyle was expected to take over as the Saints’ TE Coach after they fired Dan Roushar, but now Dennis Allen will have to trust Clancy Barone to get the job done with Doyle leaving to join his mentor.
Sean Payton is one of the most prominent and respected figures in NFL circles, and the Broncos are in a much better position — competitive-wise — than the Saints, who may not even have a starting-caliber quarterback under center next season.
Also, plenty of those guys thrived in the Big Easy before Payton’s sudden decision to retire, so there’s no reason to believe they can’t put together something special at Empower Field.
So, will Taysom Hill be the next Saint to become a Bronco?
