The Dallas Cowboys finished the 2022 regular season with a 12-5 record but ultimately fell in the Divisional round of the playoffs.
During the offseason, the Cowboys have already made a few moves, including adding Brandin Cooks as an offensive weapon.
It appears that Cooks isn’t the last offensive domino to fall, however.
According to recent reporting by Cowboys reporter Michael Gehlken, the Cowboys will be hosting Ronald Jones on a visit, along with two other free-agent running backs.

Jones spent the 2022 season with the Kansas City Chiefs after his four-year tenure with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Last season, Jones had just 17 rushing attempts for 70 yards and one touchdown.
He wasn’t utilized much on the Chiefs, considering their multi-faceted offensive attack.
Although Jones might be joining his third team in the past six years, he has proven to be a valuable contributor when given the opportunity.
In 2020, Jones had 192 rushing attempts, which resulted in 978 yards and seven touchdowns, a career-high in all three metrics.
With the Cowboys recently announcing the release of Ezekiel Elliott, they will be in need of another running back talent.
Jones was a second-round pick in 2018, and his prospect profile was impressive after his time at USC.
Will he be given another opportunity, either with the Cowboys, or another team?
When the 2023 season begins, Jones will be 26 years old.
Due to his low usage in 2022, he should have enough gas in the tank to be a valuable contributor, if a team does decide to take a chance on him.
