The Washington Commanders are on a free fall during the first three weeks of the 2022 NFL season.
They haven’t had success since their season-opening win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Since then, Washington lost to the Detroit Lions in Week 2 by nine points, and it could have been worse if the Commanders did not mount a comeback.
Meanwhile, they were dominated by the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3, 24-8.
That’s not even the scary portion because the Commanders will be in for more trouble in the trenches in Week 4.
The Commanders just allowed 9 sacks against the Eagles and now have to go on the road and face the Cowboys pass rush in Week 4.
Hide the children.

WynnBET digital content and brand ambassador Joe Fann tweeted, “The Commanders just allowed 9 sacks against the Eagles and now have to go on the road and face the Cowboys pass rush in Week 4. Hide the children.”
Out of that number, Brandon Graham had 2.5 sacks.
That performance is a disaster, and they might be in for more trouble against the team with the most sacks through three weeks.
Cowboys Generating Pressure
The Dallas Cowboys has 13 sacks through three weeks.
They had five during their Monday Night Football win over the New York Giants, three of which were by Demarcus Lawrence.
The Cowboys also applied pressure on Giants quarterback Daniel Jones on 24 plays.
Parsons had two sacks in their season-opening defeat to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Commanders will have a handful against their division rivals, and Carson Wentz will have to release the ball quicker once the pocket collapses.NEXT: Commanders RB Brian Robinson Is Miraculously Back
