The Indianapolis Colts have an even record five games into the 2022 NFL season.
They have two wins, two losses, and a draw.
While their game’s results vary, one thing has remained constant for the squad, as CBS Sports’ Will Brinson pointed out.
Ludicrous stat from our awesome @CBSSportsHQ research team:
Colts are the first team since the 1995 Chargers to not allow a fourth-quarter point through five weeks.
The only teams to ever shut out their opponents in the fourth through six weeks?
The 1934 Lions and 1934 Bears.

The Colts gave up 24 points each during their losses to the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans.
They limited the Kansas City Chiefs to 17 points during their first win in the 2022 season.
Meanwhile, they defeated the Denver Broncos in their Week 5 Thursday Night Football game via a 12-9 scoreline.
Two of their games have gone to overtime, with their season opener against the Houston Texans ending in a 20-20 tie.
Colts Have The Right Personnel
The Colts have a solid defensive core starting with defensive ends Kwity Paye and Yannick Ngakoue.
They also have All-Pro defensive tackle DeForest Buckner.
Likewise, they have Bobby Okereke, Zaire Franklin, and Shaquille Leonard as their top linebackers.
Leonard is a four-time All-Pro and three-time Pro Bowler who led the league in forced fumbles last season.
Finally, they have Kenny Moore, Julian Blackmon, and former Defensive Player of the Year Stephon Gilmore in the secondary.
Those players allow the Colts to rank eighth in total yards, averaging 312.6 per game.
They also give out the fourth-fewest rushing yards at 96.6 per game.
The Colts are also eighth in points allowed, surrendering only 18.8 per game.
Indianapolis will have its rematch with the Jaguars in Week 6.
This time, they will try to avoid another shutout and get their third victory.
