Fans of the Los Angeles Clippers were very excited when their team signed John Wall during the offseason.
It had been some time since Wall played in the NBA, sitting out the previous season after being benched by the Houston Rockets.
But the man has a career average of 19.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 9.1 assists, which suggests he could become a crucial part of the Clippers and their quest to win the West.

Wall played his first game with the Clippers on Thursday night and was razzling and dazzling Crypto.com Arena from the start.
He put up 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists during his 24 minutes and was a big part of the team’s victory over the Los Angeles Lakers.
If this is how Wall will play all year, the Clippers fanbase is very ready for him.
Wall Welcomed Back
Wall has the experience, skill, and basketball IQ to really help the team.
Alongside both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, Wall could help the younger guys on the team and also outsmart many other squads throughout the league.
He has always been a skilled point guard but it’s been a while since he’s been able to show that off.
Because of both injury and personnel issues in Houston, Wall has been on the bench for a long time.
This led some to think that maybe he’d arrive in Los Angeles looking rusty and off his game.
That doesn’t seem to be the case.
The biggest concern about Wall is that he could get hurt at some point.
The season is very long and Wall, who is 32, has been known to get injured and sit out of games.
Sadly, that’s also true for both Leonard and George.
But if Wall can stay healthy, he can stay very consequential – and beloved.
