The NBA has made major advancements in the way it distributes live games over the last few years.
They have put a lot of money into new technology related to the way that fans watch and enjoy the game they love so much.
However, at the end of the day, it still remains a lot as it did years ago: you can watch matches via TNT, ESPN, NBA TV, various regional outlets, or NBA League Pass.
However, it looks like one team is trying to change how its fans consume content.
The LA Clippers are launching a streaming service — a first for the NBA.

The Los Angeles Clippers are introducing “ClipperVision”, which is a new service that will allow fans to enjoy six viewing options at one time for 74 regular season games in 2022-23.
This one-of-a-kind service will feature an AR “CourtVision” stream, Korean and Spanish-language commentating, as well as input and conversation from former players like Jamal Crawford, Paul Pierce, and Baron Davis.
But be prepared to spend a pretty penny on ClipperVision: the service will cost $199.99, about $17 a month.
Is ClipperVision The Future?
You might balk at the concept of spending $200 on ClipperVision but you should get used to the concept because other teams will surely create similar products in the years ahead.
Just like how Disney+, Hulu, and HBOMax copied Netflix’s model and disrupted the streaming industry, individual NBA teams will try to get in on the action that the league has been enjoying.
You can expect that other teams will offer even more incentives to get fans invested, such as special commentary and angles and perspectives that you can’t get anywhere else.
As for the $200 a season, that will also become the norm.
