After a disappointing end to the 2022 NFL season, the Los Angeles Chargers will look to turn things around in 2023.
The Chargers certainly have a talented roster, but for whatever reason were unable to put the entire team together when it meant the most.
Perhaps a new offensive coordinator will solve their woes.

Kellen Moore has been recently announced as the front-runner for the Chargers’ OC job, after spending just five seasons with the Dallas Cowboys.
Under Moore’s leadership, the Cowboys offense scored 28.8 points per game, which was the second-highest mark in the league.
After firing Joe Lombardi from his post, the Chargers are moving on to Moore, who could provide a much-needed spark to the Chargers offense.
The offense finished 13th in points per game with 22.7.
While this mark isn’t in the bottom half of league scoring, this was a disappointing total for a team that had greater aspirations this season.
Led by Justin Herbert, the Chargers’ OC position was one of the most coveted in the league this offseason.
The weather in LA is certainly a contributing factor as well.
Altogether, the Chargers have a great roster but need a coach to be the glue that combines them.
Herbert is one of the brightest young stars in the quarterback position and could benefit from additional coaching from someone like Moore.
After all, Moore did play quarterback in the NFL, so he could show Herbert a thing or two along the way.
His experience is extremely valuable, which could play into the Chargers’ 2023 success.
