The Boston Celtics currently have a 33-12 record, which means they aren’t only the best team in the Eastern Conference, but they are technically the best team in the entire NBA.
They have been incredible all season long.
In fact, they have been phenomenal since about this time last year, when they turned themselves around and surged all the way to the NBA Finals.
They didn’t win those Finals, of course, but they didn’t let that deter them from starting 2022-23 off right.

So far this season, they have delivered again and again.
The Celtics are first for net rating and offensive rating, second in points per game, fifth in assists per game, fourth in blocks per game, and second for most three-pointers a game.
On top of all that, they have also won their last seven games.
Boston has faced off against – and beaten – some of the best teams in the league this year.
At this point, some people are asking if anyone can slow them down or stop them from returning to the Finals.
It definitely seems like they have the best chance of making the championship but that doesn’t mean they will win it all.
They were the odds-on favorites to win the Finals last season but the Golden State Warriors were able to take them down in a 4-2 series.
So even though the Celtics are seemingly unstoppable right now, a number of teams might throw some roadblocks in their way.
Over the next week, the Celtics will square off against the Warriors, Toronto Raptors, Orlando Magic, and Miami Heat.
Of those teams, only the Warriors have beaten the Celtics this year so that will certainly be a game to watch.
