The Boston Celtics just cannot catch a break lately.
First came the news that Danilo Gallinari was going to miss the season due to a serious injury.
Then we heard that Robert Williams could also miss the start of the year as he recovers from his own surgery.
Now comes the worst, biggest news of all for Boston.

It has been revealed that head coach Ime Udoka had an “improper intimate and consensual relationship with a female member of the team staff.”
Because of this, actions are being taken against Udoka.
There is now speculation that the Celtics could suspend the coach for an entire season.
Udoka just concluded a stunning first year with the team and it now sounds like it’ll be some time before he gets a second.
Ime Out
Udoka had one of the best first years of any NBA head coach ever.
The fact that he was able to take the Celtics to the Finals despite their rough start and his inexperience as a head coach was flat-out astounding and very impressive.
Sadly, his own personal choices are going to cost him some much-needed time with the promising team.
How will this impact the Celtics moving forward?
It could have a serious effect on the team, which has valued chemistry and culture and the close bond that was created among everybody on the roster and coaching staff.
Udoka was doing phenomenal work with Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Marcus Smart, and the other Boston stars.
They will surely still be Finals contenders but this is not the way the team wanted to start the season.
The Celtics have shown a lot of resilience over the last few years but one wonders just how much adversity they can take.
