The Arizona Cardinals, fresh off of a 4-13 season, have already made a few changes heading into the offseason.
The Cardinals have fired their head coach, and have allowed their GM to take another leave of absence to take time to focus on his health and overall well-being.

Kliff Kingsbury was the coach of the Cardinals from 2019-2022, and the Cardinals had a record of 28-37-1 while under his tutelage.
Kingsbury was Patrick Mahomes‘ coach in college and is one of the main contributors to the growth and overall success of Mahomes.
Kingsbury’s success in the collegiate realm has not quite transferred to the NFL.
With many putting his chops as an NFL coach into question, Kingsbury will now enter the job hunt.
There has been extensive reporting surrounding Jim Harbaugh, the current coach of the University of Michigan football team.
Should Harbaugh leave Michigan, Kingsbury might be an excellent candidate, given his previous successes as a coach at the collegiate level.
However, if NFL teams feel that Kingsbury could have an effect on their team, there are four other head coaching vacancies where Kingsbury could try and reignite his career.
When it comes to GM Keim, he has already been away from the team since December 14.
Although the Cardinals had signed him to a four-year extension during the 2022 season, it appears that the two are parting ways, with it not currently determined if Keim will return to the team.
Keim had previously been suspended and fined by the team after a DUI offense in 2018.
