Despite not being at full health for much of this season, the Milwaukee Bucks have been ramping things up as the NBA playoffs get closer.
They recently won 16 games in a row, and overall they have taken 20 of their last 22 contests as more and more people are picking them to return to the NBA Finals, if not win it all.
One concern for Milwaukee has been depth at the center position, but the team looked to rectify that issue recently when they signed Meyers Leonard to two 10-day contracts.
Now Leonard will be playing the rest of this season for the Bucks, as they have signed him for the remainder of the year.
ESPN Sources: Seven-footer Meyers Leonard is signing with the Milwaukee Bucks for the rest of the season. Leonard’s second 10-day deal with Bucks expired yesterday and now he remains with the East’s No. 1 seed through the playoffs.

In five games with them, Leonard has averaged 2.8 points and 2.0 rebounds in 6.8 minutes per game while shooting 44.4 percent from 3-point range.
Historically, he has been a very solid backup center who has been able to provide his team with rebounding while stretching the floor as a 3-point shooting threat.
However, about two years ago, he was involved in an ugly incident when he used an anti-semitic slur while live-streaming a video game on Twitch.
The Miami Heat suspended him indefinitely, and he didn’t play in a single game until the Bucks picked him up a few weeks ago.
Leonard reportedly met with Jewish community leaders in South Florida in order to learn about the Jewish community and to also make amends for his Twitch incident.
He will now have an opportunity to win an NBA championship with a Bucks team that currently has the best record in the league at 49-19.
