The Buffalo Bills are the favorites to win the upcoming Super Bowl on most sites.
While they have a great team and great quarterback, they should not be a lock to take their division.
The AFC East has gotten better around the Bills.
Each of the Jets, Patriots, and Dolphins have made improvements to their roster that should help close the gap.
The Buffalo roster is also improved but there is still a chance one of these other teams could unseat them.
Let us go through each of these three teams chasing Buffalo and how they could push the Bills to the brink.
New York Jets
The Jets added three impact players in the first two rounds of the 2022 NFL Draft.
Cornerback Sauce Gardner, wide receiver Garrett Wilson, and running back Breece Hall.
The problem with the Jets in recent years is that they have not had enough good players to compete.
But after a few solid draft classes, the Jets now have some explosive players on offense and a young QB with upside.
That young QB is Zach Wilson, who will miss at least the first three weeks of the season.
Also, they have a good WR1 in Elijah Moore who is looking to break out in his second season.

This team is still a few years away from being a real threat, but they are starting to put a roster in place that can compete.
New England Patriots
The Patriots were the only other team from this division to make the playoffs last year as a Wild Card team.
Quarterback Mac Jones had a breakout rookie season that allowed him to finish second in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting.
The head coach of New England is why they will always be tough.
Bill Belichick is a defensive mastermind and he can create a great game plan against any offense.
Last season the Patriots beat the Bills in a game that saw New England attempt only three passes.
They utilized their run game and defense to defeat Buffalo.
Despite losing their best cornerback in J.C. Jackson it seems like the Patriots reload every season.
Losing offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels could prove costly to their offense but they should have a solid run-game again.
Belichick will need another masterful coaching job to get the Patriots back in contention for the AFC East title.
Miami Dolphins
The one team with the best chance to take down the Bills is the Dolphins.
They added Tyreek Hill to their roster who is one of the most explosive players in the NFL.

Ultimately, the success of this team will come down to quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.
If Tua can be what many thought he would be coming out of the draft then the Dolphins will be good.
He throws an accurate ball and has two great weapons in Hill and Jaylen Waddle.
They still have Xavien Howard on defense who is one of the better cornerbacks in the NFL.
But, they need to establish a better pass rush to make quarterbacks like Josh Allen uncomfortable in the pocket.
Mike McDaniel is the new head coach and he should bring a unique scheme to the Dolphins’ offense.
This Miami team has the chance to surprise some people this year, and if they play up to their potential they can make a run at the AFC East crown.
