The Buffalo Bills have struck fear among other NFL teams with their performance during the 2021 playoffs.
They dominated the New England Patriots and pushed the Kansas City Chiefs to the limit.
That disappointing end to another promising season is still fresh in their memory.
It could be their motivation to start their preparations for the 2022 season early, as shared by Bills beat writer and sideline reporter Sal Capaccio.
"Everyone is here" – Sean McDermott on the Bills first day of minicamp.

Capaccio tweeted Sean McDermott‘s statement that everyone was present during their first day of mandatory minicamp.
That’s a positive sign that everyone is willing to work for what they are capable of achieving.
Likewise, the credit also goes to general manager Brandon Beane for ironing out player contracts.
The Bills will be one of the favorites to represent the AFC in Super Bowl LVII because they have a loaded roster.
Josh Allen has completed his journey to becoming one of the league’s elite quarterbacks and his versatility will be an asset for the Bills.
He will lead the offense as he looks for Stefon Diggs, Gabriel Davis, Dawson Knox, and Jamison Crowder downfield.
Meanwhile, the backfield tandem of Devin Singletary and Zack Moss should also contribute to their cause.
Bills Making Adjustments On Defense
The defensive unit that was ranked number one by the end of the 2021 regular season remains intact.
However, they did make some additions to key positions of need.
They drafted Kaiir Elam to join Tre’Davious White, Jordan Poyer, and Micah Hyde in upholding their pass defense.
Meanwhile, they signed Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller to a six-year, $120 million deal.
His veteran presence will have a positive impact on promising players like Gregory Rousseau and Matt Milano.
