For years, Stephen A. Smith has claimed that no team can beat a healthy Golden State Warriors team.
He backed them up once they got Klay Thompson back last season, and he liked them to go back-to-back this year as well.
However, the analyst isn’t so sure about that prediction anymore.
In the latest episode of First Take, Stephen A. showed his concerns for this Warriors team, stating that they’re unrecognizable when they’re away from CHASE Center, and that trend could come back to haunt them in the playoffs.

We all know that Stephen A. loves to overreact for the show, but he’s right on point with this assessment.
The Warriors have the third-worst road record in the Western Conference, and they would be a bottom-five team in the league if it wasn’t for their incredible dominance in the Bay area.
Once known for their stout defense and electrifying offense, the Dubs can’t seem to get a stop when they hit the road.
Their defense has been atrocious for the better part of the season, and not even having Stephen Curry on the floor has been enough for them to turn the tables when they’re away from home.
Of course, we also know that this team is tailor-made for the postseason, and they have more playoff experience than anybody else in the league.
But things don’t look good for them right now, and it’s not like they have a lot of time to get their act together before the playoffs start.
