The NBA playoffs are right around the corner.
Teams in both conferences are jostling for playoff position, hoping to give themselves the best chance at winning the Finals.
Some teams will need home-court advantage more than others, as playing at home has become a key factor for many teams’ success.

The 76ers have been one of the best teams in the East over the past few seasons.
But, they have rarely turned that into playoff success.
The 76ers have not made the conference finals since Joel Embiid has been on their team.
But, they have as good a chance as anyone to get it done this year.
At home this year the 76ers are 26-11, and that is the sixth-most home wins in the NBA.
Wells Fargo Center has become one of the best home-court advantages in the league.
It appears like the Sixers will not have a better chance at making a Finals run than they do this year.
They have all of the pieces in place and are healthy.
Plenty of pressure will be on MVP candidate Joel Embiid to show he can take his team over the top.
He might take home his first MVP this year, but that will not matter if he cannot at least take his team to the conference finals.
The number one seed will be great for the Sixers, but they should feel confident winning games anywhere.
