Some NBA players write off the All-Star Game as a chance to have some fun and hang out with friends and get a break from the hustle and bustle of the regular season.
Then there are people like Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors, who used the All-Star Game as an opportunity to once again prove that he’s probably the best shooter the league has ever seen.
He was on fire from beyond the arc during the game and put up an incredible 16 threes throughout the four quarters.

As SportsCenter points out, Curry landed more threes during the game than every other starter for both teams combined.
That’s right, Curry’s 16 threes surpass the 14 sank by both teams’ starters.
This raises a question that has been asked again and again: is there anyone like Curry?
Curry Cruising
He was in such a rare form on Sunday night that people are speculating what this could mean for the rest of the season for him and his Warriors.
Golden State is currently second in the Western Conference, trailing behind the seemingly unstoppable Phoenix Suns.
But it should be mentioned that Curry hasn’t been shooting as well as he usually does.
However, the show he put on display Sunday night was like vintage Curry – in fact, it was even better.
So if he is able to start playing like that in the weeks ahead, the Warriors have an even better chance at making the Finals.
If Curry is able to get even close to 16 three-pointers in a game, Golden State will be in the best shape they have been in years.
