The Golden State Warriors have been 4-4 without Stephen Curry during his latest injury and absence, which is a lot better than some people expected.
Because of that, the Warriors are the seventh seed in the West, which is about where they were when Curry was sidelined due to a leg injury.
The team has been getting by without him but they want Curry back as soon as possible.
Steph got an on-court workout in after practice today — looked to be moving good. Great sign for the Warriors. We should get an official update on Wednesday. pic.twitter.com/Mruk23E7Ip

A recent video from the Warriors’ practice court shared by NBA reporter Jason Dumas shows some encouraging footage.
In the video, Curry is seen moving around the court, taking shots, and seemingly moving without pain as he speeds around.
Curry is looking good in the footage and there is hope that the team will give a definitive update on him sometime this week.
Is the return of Curry right around the corner?
The team sure hopes so because the Warriors will only get better with him back on board.
The playoffs are quickly approaching and the reigning champions want to secure a string of wins before they start.
They are a long way from the top of the Western Conference but there is every reason to believe they could have a successful postseason even with the tough up-and-down year they’ve had so far.
The impact of Curry cannot be understated: the All-Star is averaging 29.4 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 6.4 assists a game on 49.5% from the field.
Curry still has a few things to do before he’ll be ready to play – such as practicing with physical contact against other players – but it’s clear that things are moving in the right direction for the NBA’s three-point champion.
