The Pittsburgh Steelers entered Sunday needing some serious help to make the postseason.
First, they had to win.
They did just that in a thrilling overtime game against the Baltimore Ravens.
But the more difficult thing that had to happen was the Jacksonville Jaguars defeating the Indianapolis Colts.
Yet in stunning fashion, the Jaguars picked up a blowout victory to eliminate the Colts from the postseason.
That sets up a scenario where the Steelers make the playoffs as long as the Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Chargers don’t tie Sunday night.
The social media team in Pittsburgh came up with the perfect meme to thank the Jaguars for all their help.

The Steelers borrowed a popular Thor meme to sum up the situation Sunday.
Everyone in Pittsburgh has to be feeling thankful for the Jaguars, as long as the tie scenario does not take place Sunday night.
Getting The Unexpected Assist
Did anyone think the Jaguars would take down the Colts?
It was a shocking result and the Jaguars dominated the entire game.
The fact they did that while the Steelers had to take care of business in overtime explains just how weird Week 18 has been.
Steelers receiver Chase Claypool offered up his thanks as well.
Thank you @Jaguars.

The fascinating thing about this scenario was that the two games were taking place at the same time.
So both the Steelers and Ravens headed to overtime seeing the shock on the scoreboard.
That had to add plenty of motivation to a game that may have been for pride only if the Jaguars fell to the Colts.
Now Steelers fans and players will turn their attention toward Sunday night’s game between the Raiders and Chargers.
Both teams make it into the postseason if they tie.
That game even heading to overtime may be enough to break social media late Sunday night.
