The Cincinnati Bengals are getting good news about one of their top players.
Wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase is getting hot at the right time for his team.
While success isn’t new for Chase in Cincinnati, it’s his stats that are eye-opening.
These statistics are the driving force behind the recent success of the Bengals.
So what do these stats say about the young receiver in Cincinnati?
Chase Has Posted Great Numbers, According To PFF
During the game between the Bengals and Atlanta Falcons, Pro Football Focus tweeted a graphic about Chase.
In the graphic, it shows how Chase has done over his last six quarters, as Sunday’s game was at halftime when this was tweeted.
Ja’Marr Chase in his last 6 quarters:
💥 12 catches
💥 244 yards
💥 4 TDs pic.twitter.com/BDiQmu4oU0— PFF (@PFF) October 23, 2022
To break the graphic down, he was averaging two catches a quarter and nearly 41 yards per quarter.
His four TDs are also impressive, making him an impressive talent for the Bengals.
However, how did he finish his game against the Falcons, and how did he do over his last two games?
Chase Is Still Good Over His Last Two Games
With Chase’s last two games in the books, his overall stats are still impressive.
After Sunday’s win, Chase finished with eight receptions, two touchdowns, and 130 yards against the Falcons.
This brings his two game total to 15 receptions for four touchdowns and 262 yards.
He also posted his longest reception this season in that two-game span, which was for 60 yards.
While that six-quarter span was impressive, his two-game total is equally impressive as he’s getting hot in Cincinnati.
