To say that the Philadelphia Eagles have been the best team in the NFC this season would be a massive understatement.
Nick Sirianni’s team has been borderline perfect in every single aspect of the game, which is why it’s not a surprise to see them reaching the ultimate stage.
Jalen Hurts took a massive step forward this season, silencing his critics and proving that he could be a franchise quarterback.
But to be fair, he had plenty of time and space to operate, as their interior offensive line was by far the most dominant in the league this season, allowing a grand total of 11 sacks throughout the whole campaign.

Of course, Hurts also deserves plenty of credit for this, as he has been great at extending plays with his feet and hitting receivers in stride, making things look easy.
Now, they’ll face a Kansas City Chiefs defense that often goes overlooked and underappreciated because of the team’s offensive prowess, but they’ve recorded 55 sacks this season, so they’ll most definitely put their OL to the test in the trenches.
Whatever the outcome, this season will be a testament to how far can a team that’s well-built can go.
Howie Roseman has given the rest of the league a masterclass in asset management and roster building, and the Eagles will be Super Bowl contenders for years to come, especially while Hurts is still under his rookie contract.
At least he can be sure he’ll be well protected by that lights-out interior OL.
